The Locanda Casa Buffetto is easily reached by highway. It is 30 minutes from Turin (or from the aerport at Turin), 60 minutes from Milan (or from the airport at Milan Malpensa/Linate) and 40 minutes from Genua and the Ligurian coast. From Milan, you drive in the direction of Alessandria, and from Turin in the direction of Piacenza on the highway A21 (E25/70) right through the Piedmont. to the exit "Asti Ovest" . After the pay booths, turn right in the direction of Alba, and after 2700 meters left in the direction of Alba/San Damiano d'Asti. This road now leads directly to San Damiano d´Asti ( about 9km). At the intersection before the village of San Damiano, a little road goes off to the left with the place designation Lavezzole). Follow this road until the first intersection. There turn left in direction of Cave ( not in direction of Lavezzole) and on the second intersection turn right. Continue straight ahead, the road then climbing up the mountain with a slight curve to the left. The little chapel on the edge of the road forms the entrance to the estate and to the Hotel Casa Buffetto.
