Coloured Light Therapy
In his teachings about colour, already Goethe wrote about the effect of individual colours on the harmony of the human soul. Whether in fashion or in living, the human being likes to surround himself with soothing colours, which themselves influence human beings. Coloured light therapy applies the knowledge of this interaction between man and colour, and is used today in various ways in modern recognized medicine, particularly in the area of psychotherapy.

The wellness concept at Casa Buffetto includes a unique diversity of coloured light therapy possibilities in combination with the sauna and steam bath facilities. Coloured light can be used for direct radiation of the naked body or for colour stimulation. Special ceiling devices have been integrated into the sauna and steam bath facilities, which devices are able to beam the entire spectrum of visible light, as desired. The ceiling light beam devices are characterized by their brightness, which makes them especially suitable for treatment of sleep disorders, depression, or e.g. also jet lag syndrome.

Aura-Soma Therapy
The Aura-Soma System has been in use for over a decade as a successful means of restoring and preserving health at all levels. This therapy is appreciated worldwide today by people of all ages and of the most diverse cultural, philosophical and therapeutical views. Aura-Soma is complete in itself.
